Product Description:


Pakheng electronics offers commercial grade ceramic-housed power wirewound and film resistors. For medium to high rated power (1W...50W), SQ resistors provide full electrical insulation mounted in a ceramic case.

Axial, radial, vertical styles and several mounting techniques of wire leads or quick disconnects are available from Pakheng's SQP, SQM, SQZ, SQO and SQH.

The SQ series power resistors feature ideal specifications for high volume and high-temperature applications. Frequently used in power supplies, motor controllers, and automotive applications, these products can be custom tailored to individual needs.

cement resistors are made by cut trimming metal oxide film core or winding resistance wires around non-alkaline ceramic core, either is added with a layer of heat and humidity resistant and non-corrosive protective material. The wire wound resistor or metal oxide resistor is then placed in a square ceramic package sealed with special nonflammable heat-resistant cement.

- Winding core replaced by metal oxide film cutting core (RS type) for high resistance value

- Non-inductive type available on request

- Insulation resistance: >100M ohms

- Load life (1000 hours): +/-2%, +0.05 ohm

- Short-time overload: +/-2%, +0.05 ohm

- Dielectric withstanding vollage: +/-1%, +0.05 ohm

- Moisture resistance: +/-3%, +0.05 ohm

- Shock and vibration: +/-1%, +0.05 ohm

- Soldering heat: +/-1%, +0.05 ohm

- Incombustibility: EX 16 times V, 5 minutes

Applications:

Construction:

Ceramic core : High alumina ceramic is used.

Resistor element :The resistor element shall consist of metal oxide film or Resistance wire

Terminal : Tinned iron cap.

Connection : The lead wire,which is plated with solder,shall be mounted to the caps by welding process.

Lead wire:Soldered or tinned annealed wire.

Silicon 

cement : Silicon resin is used. Accord with UL-94V-0 Nonflammable specification

Ceramic case : High thermal conductivity
